Order processing and enquiries
All orders are processed within one to two business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
All purchases are subject to bank authorisation before processing.
Returns
If you're not 100% satisfied return the remaining unused LillyPilly product to us for a full refund. We're sorry but return shipping charges are not refundable. Please note: Only products purchased on LillyPilly online may be returned for refund.
